Queen Esther (Key Art Development)
Strategy
Develop an exciting piece of key art to advertise the Sight & Sound production. Sight & Sound produces religious stories on an epic scale. Emphasizing the scale and royalty of the character was the main creative approach. Key art would serve as the foundation for promotional materials like outdoor signage, direct mailings, and motion graphics.
Approach
In crafting the key art, my primary objective was to strike a balance between grandeur, reflecting the magnificence of the stagecraft, and intimacy, as it portrays a personal narrative. I approached the cityscape as an integral character within the story, ensuring its presence resonated powerfully throughout the artwork.
